Terms of Service

Effective Date: 09/13/2026 Last Updated: 09/13/2026

1. Who These Terms Cover

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at arulehealth.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by Arule Healthcare Solutions LLC, d/b/a Arule Health, a New York limited liability company (“Arule Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the Site, requesting information through it, or submitting a form on it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to visitors, prospective clients, and anyone browsing the Site. They do not, by themselves, create a client relationship or authorize the exchange of protected health information. That distinction matters, and we explain it below.

2. What Arule Health Does

Arule Health provides revenue cycle management (RCM) services to healthcare practices in the United States, including provider credentialing and payer enrollment, insurance eligibility verification, medical coding, claims submission, denial management, and payment posting. The Site describes these services for informational and marketing purposes.

Nothing on the Site constitutes a guarantee of specific financial outcomes, reimbursement rates, claim approval, or reduction in denials for any particular practice. Revenue cycle results depend on payer behavior, coding accuracy at the point of care, timely documentation from the practice, and factors outside our control. Any statistics, case examples, or figures referenced on the Site are illustrative and not a promise of results for your organization.

3. This Website Does Not Handle Protected Health Information

Please do not submit any protected health information (PHI), including patient names, dates of birth, diagnosis codes, insurance identification numbers, or any other individually identifiable health information, through this Site, its contact forms, live chat, or general email addresses.

If you become a client of Arule Health, the exchange, storage, and handling of PHI is governed exclusively by a separate, signed Service Agreement and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) executed under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act. Those agreements, not this Site or these Terms, control how we access, use, disclose, and safeguard PHI on your behalf as a business associate.

If you accidentally submit PHI through this Site before a Service Agreement and BAA are in place, contact us immediately at privacy@arulehealth.com or info@arulehealth.com so we can address it appropriately.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the healthcare practice or organization you represent to use this Site for business inquiries. By submitting an inquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to request services on behalf of your organization.

5. Regulatory Compliance

Arule Health structures its services to support compliance with applicable federal and state healthcare laws, including HIPAA, HITECH, the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, the Physician Self-Referral Law (Stark Law), the federal False Claims Act, and the No Surprises Act, as well as state-specific insurance billing and medical billing licensure requirements where applicable.

That said, compliance in medical billing is a shared responsibility. Coding decisions, medical necessity documentation, and clinical judgment remain the responsibility of the treating provider and practice. Arule Health processes claims based on the clinical documentation and coding information provided by the client. We are not responsible for errors that originate from inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely information supplied by the client, and nothing in these Terms shifts a provider’s independent compliance obligations under state licensing boards or payer contracts to Arule Health.

6. Client Responsibilities

If you engage Arule Health for services, you agree, and your Service Agreement will further specify, that you will:

Provide accurate, complete, and timely clinical and administrative information needed to verify eligibility, submit claims, and post payments. Maintain valid provider credentials, licensure, and payer enrollment status, or promptly notify us of any changes. Review claims and reports we prepare on your behalf and flag discrepancies promptly. Comply with your own obligations as a HIPAA covered entity, including maintaining a valid Notice of Privacy Practices and obtaining any patient authorizations your practice is separately responsible for.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, service descriptions, and the Arule Health name and branding, is owned by Arule Health or its licensors and protected under United States copyright and trademark law. You may view and share Site content for personal or internal business reference, but you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Confidentiality

Any non-public business information you share with us through the Site in the course of a sales inquiry, including pricing discussions, practice financials, or operational details, will be treated as confidential and used only to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. This confidentiality commitment is separate from, and does not replace, the confidentiality and data protection terms in a signed Service Agreement or BAA.

9. Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information submitted through the Site, consistent with industry-standard practices for healthcare-adjacent businesses. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you are a client, the specific security controls applicable to PHI, including encryption standards, access controls, audit logging, and breach notification timelines, are set out in your BAA and Service Agreement, consistent with the HIPAA Security Rule.

10. Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site may link to third-party websites, scheduling tools, or resources we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of third-party sites. Visiting a linked site is at your own discretion and risk.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Arule Health makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information on the Site. Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as legal, financial, coding, or compliance advice specific to your practice. You should consult your own legal counsel, compliance officer, or coding specialist for advice tailored to your situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arule Health, its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including lost revenue, lost profits, or lost data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability arising from your use of the Site, for any claim not otherwise governed by a signed Service Agreement, will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Liability related to services performed under an executed Service Agreement is governed by the limitation of liability terms in that agreement, not by this Section.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arule Health and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of information you were not authorized to share, including any inadvertent submission of PHI through the Site in violation of Section 3.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, including suspected misuse, without prior notice. Termination of a client relationship, including data return or destruction obligations for PHI, is governed by the applicable Service Agreement and BAA, not by this Section.

15. Dispute Resolution

We would rather resolve a disagreement directly than through formal proceedings. If a dispute arises out of your use of this Site, please contact us first at legal@arulehealth.com so we can try to resolve it informally.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within thirty (30) days, you and Arule Health agree that the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

You and Arule Health each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. This arbitration and class action waiver does not apply to claims arising under a separate Service Agreement or BAA where that agreement specifies a different dispute resolution process.

Note for legal review: class action waivers and mandatory arbitration clauses are enforceable in most states but restricted or disfavored in a few. Confirm enforceability for [State] and for the states where your clients are located before relying on this section.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where preempted by federal law, including HIPAA.

17. Force Majeure

Arule Health is not responsible for delays or failures in Site availability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet service outages, or acts of government.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be interpreted to reflect the parties’ original intent as closely as possible.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and Arule Health regarding use of the Site. They do not supersede or modify any separately executed Service Agreement or Business Associate Agreement between Arule Health and its clients, which will control in the event of a conflict regarding service delivery or PHI handling.
